Room in spacious, newly updated apartment

Hello!

I am an actor/singer and musician in her early 30's looking for a roommate to take over a lease in an awesome, shared, 2 bedroom apartment in the up and coming neighborhood of Ridgewood (Bushwick adjacent) for at least February 15th through the end of the year. No fee: only 1st month and security.

It's right off the M (Forest Ave.), which is a straight shot through Manhattan along 6th Avenue, and a 10-15 minute walk from the L (Myrtle/Wyckoff)- only a few stops away from Williamsburg.

The neighborhood is truly wonderful and up and coming: residential with lots of artist and activist types, also with tons of cafes, bars, restaurants, community centers, and Polish delis! Bodegas and laundromats aplenty!

The apartment itself has newly updated track lighting and beautiful sunlight during the day. You will be getting your own private room with a window, and have your own closet, as well as a huge amount of shared space (as you see in the photographs.)

Vegan/vegetarian cooking skills a plus (but not a necessity ;)....). Anyone in the arts or music also strongly encouraged!

No smoking, and no pets preferred.

There is a piano in the apartment which you will be free to use!
