Looking for a roommate between ages of 22 & 30. Private bedroom (is unfurnished, but can be furnished) and private bath in large 2BR/2BA apartment. It is available immediately.

I am a recent college grad, currently working with the television production company of "Elementary", seeking a roommate for a brand new gut-renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is plenty of work-space for an avid cook.
