Hi,
I'm looking for a female roommate who is respectful, clean, and easy going. Ideally, I am looking for someone who has a stable income and is willing to sign a one year contract.
The available room is a large bed room with two windows. Heat & water would be included. Gas, electricity and Internet would be split between the both of us (typically $50). There is a kitchen and bathroom which we would both share. Inside the building there is a washer and dryer.
The apartment is located on Murray street & 35th ave ( Northern Flushing). It is in a very safe and convenient location. A block away is a 24/7 supermarket and bus station (#13 & #28). The bus is only 7-10 mins to downtown flushing and 7 -10 mins walk to LIRR.
Requirements: no pet/smoking and one month deposit ($900) plus first month's rent(totaling to $1,800) to move in. Please email me with your occupation and age. The room is available now.
