For two people - $100 per night.
(There would be a key deposit for $10. You can the money back when you return the key.)

VERY NICE AND FURNISHED ROOM for rent in a 3 bedroom, one bathroom apartment.
Bathroom to share with two more roommates. Dining area and a kitchen fully equipped to share.

FURNISHED with a full bed (or two twin bed) , table, chair, bookshelf, closet and etc.
Located in a very nice and safe neighborhood.
It is just one block away from E M R train station (Queens Plaza) and one and half block away from 7, N, Q train station (Queensboro Plaza).

NO SMOKING. Clean and respectful. No drugs/ alcohol, also No sleepovers or guests please.
