Looking for preferably a female roommate to share a nice 2 bedrooms apartment. Is a medium size bedroom (furnished). The apartment is on the 3 floor of a 4-small building. Whole the apartment has hardwood floors, a lot of windows. There is a livingroom, new Kitchen very modern, brand new, very clean place.
It's very close to the trains (R, M, N, W) grocery stores, bars, restaurants, drug stores, movie teather, and more. Very convenient location.

There is a laundry-room in the building.

You will share livingroom, kitchen and bathroom with a nice professional female who works a lot as a Holistic Health coach. I am a non-smoker. I like to listen music and go out in the city and do many things (restaurants, museums, concerts, movies). In free time, i like to go to the gym and do yoga. I am very organize and clean person.

Keeping things in order and cleaning up are also important to me. I am laid back and easy going!
I am looking for a responsable, trustworthy and easy going female. You must be a non-smoker (or outside smoker) and no pets allowed and no drugs.
The rent is $1200 utilities include. You will have to provide 2 personal references, first month rent and one month security deposit to move in.
