The Apt:
It's a very spacious apt with 3 bedrooms and 2. 5 bathrooms. Washer and dryer in unit, Central A/C, loads of storage space, stove, fridge, oven. The building is less than 2 years old, so everything is brand new.

The Room:
Biggest Room in the Apt. You and I will share 1. 5 bathrooms, so that's pretty convenient

Your Flat Mates:
I'm a 25 yr old male and work in Manhattan as a software developer. I like playing tennis, working out or going out when I'm not working. My other flatmate (in the master bedroom) is also a 25 yr old male who works in Manhattan in business development, who enjoys tennis, beer, working out. His girlfriend will move in with him in January for 6 months.

Roommate I'm looking for:
Someone who's
1. clean (puts away dishes in the dishwasher, and doesn't clutter the common area)
2. doesn't play loud music or parties late in the common space on weekdays (Mon - Thurs including Sunday)
