It's rent-stabilized, so only $776. 51 a month plus utilities. I can show you the lease and put you in touch with the super to verify that everything is legal. The available room has a built-in wardrobe and queen-sized mattress (but I can get rid of the mattress if you prefer to use your own). Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. It's a prewar building with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and long rectangular windows. And I have a cat.
