Renting out 1 bedroom in a 2 br apartment in LIC
My roommate is moving out with her boyfriend before our lease is over. I'm looking for a roommate to take over the remaining months and to renew a lease with me at the end of January. Starting 2/1/2015, your name will be on our one-year lease. I'd expect you to stay for the full lease.

The apartment is convenient with lots of public transportation - 2 blocks away from queensboro bridge (N, Q, 7 train) and queen plaza (E, R, M), and 10 mins walk from Queensboro plaza (F) and Court Square (G, 7, E) - 1 or 2 stops away from Midtown East.
