There's also a common area with 10 TVs, Pool Table, Fireplace, a Children's play room, a private Screening room, and a Gym with personal trainers (they come 2-3x a week, all included).

About me: I'm a young professional currently working for a tech company in Manhattan. I have a small dog named Sam, he is a 9lb Cavalier King Charles. Loves people, doesn't bark, and is very well behaved. I'm looking for someone who is easygoing, clean, and respectful.

About the apartment: The furniture in the apartment is being replaced by more modern furnishings. Currently the outdoor furniture has been removed, the couch and dining table will also be replaced. All of which will be updated to more modern furnishings.
