Nice Room for rent
I have a room that I'd like to rent out starting June 1st, 2014. In order to stay for a longer term 3, 6, 9, or 12 months you'll need to pass a week to a month long testing phase to determine if you're a livable roommate. The apartment is located a few blocks off the 7 train in Jackson Heights. It's about 40 min to Union Square, Manhattan. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I'm looking for someone who is clean and I can trust. The room has a large closet, spare bed, and desk. Currently used as an office. There's a second bathroom that would also be your own. I spend most of time in the Living room but when I'm not there it's all yours, just respect my things. There is a balcony where you may smoke but there is no smoking indoors. Small pets are allowed but not preferred. Everything included is: Private bedroom, private bath, shared living room and balcony, electric+gas, internet, and laundry. Rent is $800 on a Month-to-Month basis. If you're interested please let me know.
Thanks,
Jason
