One unfurnished room for a FEMALE only available Nov 1st in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Forest Hills on the 2nd floor. You will have 2 friendly and respectful female roommates in their late 20s/early 30s. Shared kitchen fridge, cabinets, microwave, cutlery, dishwasher, and cookware.

I'm moving out and looking for someone to take over my lease ending July 2017 (you also have the option to renew or break your lease anytime). Room comes with A/C and fan, and you will have your own private balcony (perfect if you are a smoker). Laundry room and mailbox are downstairs (we will give you a shared key for both). Very quiet and new building (have never seen roaches, rats, or bedbugs). Both super and landlord are one call away if there are problems.

Total of additional $60/mo utilities NOT included in rent (ConEd and Verizon) expected for each person split equally. Bathroom shared with 1 girl (the other has her own).

Walking distance is 2 blocks from the 75 Ave subway station (E/F), 2 blocks from the Kew Gardens- Union Turnpike stop (E/F), 4 blocks from the Forest Hills- 71 Ave station (E/F/M/R). Only 15 minutes to Manhattan. You can easily walk to numerous gyms, laundromats, supermarkets, pharmacies, movie theaters, banks, and restaurants all on Austin St. Safe police-patrolled neighborhood includes a new Shake Shack and a Target that just opened. Street/carport parking available.

Move-In on 11/1: $800 security deposit (+ $30 for background check fee) + $798 monthly rent (total lease amount is $2,395/3= $798).

Please bring $830 security deposit when you sign the lease (cash preferred, as I wish to avoid bounced checks), and $798 rent the day you move in (cash or check to landlord).
