The room is a great size for a student or working professional. An easy commute to NYC, and a hop across the street for Queens College students, close to St Johns as well. Looking for a clean, responsible, quiet and respectful individual.
The Q34, Q25, Q88, Q17 lines run within a block of the apt. 7 train is 10 minutes away. Great food location, with great pizza, halal, chinese food, and the laundromat, supermarket, deli is located within a few blocks as well.
We are two young professionals. We try to keep the place clean, quiet, and try to be considerate of each other.
No pets, no parties, no couples please, non-smokers are preferred.
