Description- Room for rent in 3 bedroom 2 bath top floor apartment. The apartment is 2 floors. The room is located on the main floor. It's a queen size bedroom with lots of storage and closet space and lots of light. You will have own private bathroom but guests will be welcomed to use it if downstairs. Hardwood floors throughout whole apartment. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished. 2 Balconies, one located on main floor other is located on 2nd floor.

Who we are- We are working college students, very clean, 420 friendly. We stay busy. Aside from school and work, I'm a professionally trained dancer and my sister is a singer. We aren't home very often. We have guest but not very often maybe once or twice a week for a couple of hours. We like to play music and go out. Since we both work full time and go to school so we tend to go to bed pretty early. And I have a yorkie/Chihuahua.

What we're looking for: Someone similar to us, drama free, mature, no cigarettes, very clean, stays busy, doesn't take advantage of my guest privileges, likes dogs, respectful to roommates at all times.

Requirements: first months rent and security deposit. No application or registration but must provide Proof of income and credit check. Guarantors welcome. Small dog aloud for one time fee of $200. Utilities and cable included.
