LOVE my roommate & apt. but have to go!

This apt. really is truly amazing, but personal circumstances have me heading elsewhere unfortunately. The location could not be more perfect, right on Ditmars with markets, coffee shops, bars/restaurants, 24 hr. CVS and nail salons right downstairs. It's a 2nd floor walk-up in a 4 story building. Street parking has never been an issue for me and there is a municipal parking lot right behind the apt. if needed. My roommate is fantastic. She's hilarious, clean, very accommodating, considerate and helpful. I'm very sad to have to leave this place and know you'll love it here as much as I do. Living room & kitchen are furnished.
