1 BR available in 2 BR apartment in Astoria

I have a room available in a 2 bedroom in Astoria for nov 1, $950/month. Very conveniently located 2 blocks from either the 30th ave or Astoria Blvd stop on the n/q. The room is def on the smaller side and there is no closet space but my current roommate found a way around this and made the space very cozy and comfortable. I have a closet in my room and I am more than willing to share its space! I have a cat, he's very sweet and his litter box is kept in my room.

As for me, I'm a very laid back person. I work crazy hours so I'm often in bed by 10 on weekdays and up around 5. I like to keep the shared spaces fairly clean but my own room is mostly a different story. I do like things to be pretty quiet and chill in the house but I'm no stranger to a good night out with friends on the weekends. I do smoke but never indoors.
