I'm a female in my 30s who works a lot, usually in the apartment 2-3 nights per week. I arrive very late and go there to sleep. You would basically have the apartment for yourself the rest of the time. The room is large(12x15) with two windows. It easily fits a queen size bed, dresser, tv, side table and extra seating. Room comes with what's shown in attached pictures if you like (except for TV) for an additional $50 per month. Otherwise i can hand it unfurnished. It is very clean, receives plenty of sunlight and has hard wood floors. Room has a door for added privacy and is located on left side of apartment separated from my room by kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located on a 3rd floor walk-up. It is 1 block from the N/Q 36th Street train stop, only 3 stops from Lexington-59th St in Manhattan. Very close to shops, the supermarket and laundromat are 1 block away. Great night life, plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Seeking responsible, respectful and clean female. No smoking, children, pets or over night guests.
Please provide references and proof of income. Apartment is available immediately. $1100/month includes gas, electricity, basic cable (plus Showtime, DVR) and wifi. 2 week security deposit required.
