This beautifully appointed room is part of a single family home in Arverne By The Sea, in Rockaway Beach. A magnet for nature lovers it draws weary city dwellers and international travellers to its magnificent shores. The room is on the top floor of the house and is adjacent to a lovely terrace with views of our seaside neighborhood. You will feel almost en-suite and very private. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room are downstairs, as is the laundry room. We care for all our guests whether you stay one day or one year and are committed to your overall success and well being. All utilities are paid for, the terms of your stay are flexible. We prefer a minimum of 6 months rental, but more is welcome, just as less.
