Own Large Room in Duplex Share

The room for rent is the size of a small studio...at least 300 square feet each. The room is completely furnished with TV, luxury bed, sofa.

My apartment is a two room duplex with a stairwell connecting the two floors. I stay in the upstairs. Each
sleeping area has a door for complete privacy.

The shared bathroom is on the upper level.

The downstairs has a walk-in kitchen which is only partially shared. (For me to cook small meals during evening) I am flexible on this, as I am very respectful if my use would ever be intrusive. The upstairs has its own microwave, a small fridge and burner to minimize my use of the walk-in kitchen.

I guess everyone thinks they are easy-going, but I really am. I have rented before in the last few years, and I have never had an issue with a roomie, and there has never been an issue with me.

My lifestyle is quiet...rarely have guests at home, often visit family on weekends, work full time. I suppose my lifestyle seems rather ordinary, but I am quite content.

In looking for a roommate that understands common sense in sharing a space. Pays on time, keeps the noise level acceptable, parties somewhere else and keeps the place relatively clean. I'm not a neat freak, but cleaning your own dishes and not leaving out food will keep the place pest free...as it is now.

What you can expect from living with me is pretty much someone who is easy-going and relatively quiet.
