Large furnished room for a couple in West Village

-----THE ROOM-----
This apartment really is a gem. Two stories, private patio, spacious, quiet and in the heart of the West Village. Basically everyone who sees the apartment for the first time is like "...wtf..."

The bedroom is huge, 18 feet by 13 feet! Queen bed with storage drawers, a desk, and a large dresser included in the room. Could easily fit another desk and/or a loveseat. The two glass sliding doors lead right to the patio, and during the day they let in a lot of natural light. I don?t use my overhead lights on sunny days (note: the photos were taken on a cloudy day).

I?ve lived in the apartment for 5 years and I really do love it. The location and price cannot be beat. It?s a fun and safe area that?s walking distance to the 1, PATH, A/C/E and B/D/F/M trains, so you can get to any other part of the city easily.

Laundry is in building and right across the hall. The apartment's lower level (entrance, living room, bathroom, kitchen) is in the basement floor, so no windows downstairs. The second level has the two bedrooms with glass sliding doors and sunlight.

Electric, and Wi-Fi an additional $100 a month. Rent and security upfront and a signed lease agreement. I am open to a shorter rent time depending on the circumstances. When it comes to moving out all I ask for is 30 days notice.

Noteworthy building rules: no pets, no smoking (including fire escapes and our patio), quiet enjoyment and no more than 7 guests as a time. It's important to me that we are respectful to our neighbors and landlord.

I'm a photographer and filmmaker. I really love the city and have not gotten sick of it for a minute. I freelance, so my scheduled changes constantly but I tend to get up and go to bed early. I'm easygoing and energetic. I like to talk openly about any issues that arise. Communication is everything! I'm a 5 star super-host on AirBnB, and I can give the info of past roommates who can vouch for me :)
