I am a male professional and I am looking for someone who has a professional job, for example: 9am to 5pm work schedule Mon thru Fri and/or occasional weekends if necessary. In addition, I am looking for the roommates to be simply responsible: pays rent on time, respects roommates' personal properties, courteous of one another, etc.

The rent is $950 per month incl. all utilities (electric, gas, and internet)

I am inquiring the short term and possible long-term roommate to pay the first month rent and security deposit. *Please note that your security deposit will not substitute your last month rent* The refundable deposit fee is to protect the rooms and apartment for any possible damages.

The building is located in a quiet neighborhood in Washington Heights between Fort Washington Ave. and Broadway on 176th Street, one block away from the A train station.
