Roommate wanted

Four bedroom apartment looking to add another person to the back room. Currently there are three people living here myself and my boyfriend (and our baby) who have the two rooms in the front of the apartment and another female whom is 23. I am 29 and my bf is 28. The current roommate is moving closer to her job. The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed a dresser and end table so we are looking for someone who only has additional furniture that will fit in the room. There is a decent size closet and extra storage space above. Rent (800) and security (800) includes electricity/heat/cable/wifi in the summer if you have an AC an additional 20$ a month will be charged. Security is used toward your last months rent so essentially it is first and last months rents needed. Looking for someone to commit to 6months however the lease is for two years, you will not be on the lease. There is a laundromat directly across the street and the 1 train and A train within walking distance. The 1train is 3-5mins walking and the A is 10mins away. There are many stores in walking distance as well. No pets allowed. The room offers a lot of privacy and silence.
