Roommate for UES Apartment

One room for rent in a true 2 bedroom apartment on quiet block around the corner from subway. Apartment faces back of building and comes semi-furnished. Renter would be responsible for furniture in room, apartment comes with furniture in other rooms and communal kitchen items.

Apartment features:
-Utilities including wi-fi included in rent - if additional cable box desired, cost will be adjusted.
-1 block from subway, buses and crosstown bus
-Great area with everything close by! Gyms, bars, restaurants, movie theaters, multiple grocery stores and specialty shops, Central Park and East River.
-1st floor unit, 10ft ceilings and very quiet.
-24hr in building laundry
-Air conditioning unit already installed
-Kitchen set up with dishes, pots/pans, etc
-Living room set up with furniture
**Note building not pet friendly**

Roommate: I am a 20-something female professional working a normal work week downtown. I am super clean, respectful, down to earth and mostly quiet - I do go out, but don't bring the party home. I'm looking for someone similar who is neat/willing to keep apartment neat, mature, respectful of others and their belongings and not opposed to occasional roommate dinners etc. Not 420 friendly.
