Apartment is a 1350-square-foot renovated and freshly painted two-bedroom apartment. It has many windows providing much light, beautiful wood floors, and is nicely furnished. There is a massive living room, dining room, and several storage closets. The windowed kitchen is well equipped with new appliances, pots, pans, coffeemaker, toaster, and more. Laundry room on premises!

Large bedroom available Bedroom has two windows. It includes a full-size bed, nightstand, two closets, TV, and air conditioner. Apartment has cable and wireless Internet. Elevator building. Also, you are welcome to bring your stuff too!

Building has many young professionals, families, and students. It is a safe building on a safe block and is across from supermarket. Neighborhood has banks, drugstores, and restaurants. One block from A, C, and 1 trains?you can be in Midtown or West Village within 15 to 20 minutes!

I am away a couple of weeks a month, so you will have a lot of privacy. I want a mature roommate who is neat (as I am, but not a neat freak), who has no attitude (like me), and who is reliably responsible when it comes to paying rent and bills.
