The apartment is on the 2nd floor but there is an elevator if you need it. Inside the apartment you will find it to be clean and modern. There a dishwasher & a Laundry washer/dryer, which will save you at least $50/month plus time and hassle of dropping your dirty clothes off, which you will have to do in most NYC apartments. The kitchen and bathroom are shared.
