I am a Columbia master's student. I am subletting my room in a three-bedroom apartment from Mid Middle to End of August. My room is cosy, pretty and brand-new. The apartment has a kitchen with oven, dish washer, laundry, and two bathrooms. My roommates are also columbia students and they are super friendly and nice.
The location is perfect, it's very close to Columbia university, five mins walk, and downstairs, there are many tasty restaurants including thai, Japanese, Mexico, and Chinese, and also bars and pubs. It is 5 mins walk to line 1, and it will only take you 20 mins to Times Square.
The rent is 1400 dollars per month, and if you rent the whole three months, the price can be reduced.
