There is a room available in a 3BR 1 bathroom apartment in a doorman building on 95th and Columbus. I am trying to move in with my fianc? and am looking for someone to take over my share of the lease, which runs through May 2015, or sublet. The room is very large for NYC standards, it currently holds a full-sized bed, a desk, a cabinet, and a bookshelf, and a personal closet with room to spare. The apt has a renovated kitchen, den, and balcony. You will have two male roommates who are very easy to live with. The building has laundry and a parking garage. The apt is only 5 minutes away from the B/C and 1/2/3 train stations. The rent is $1483. 50 and the utilities are usually in the $40 - $50 per person range.
