Looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bedroom/1. 5 bath apartment on Upper West Side starting December 1, 2014.

Apartment is located on West 69th Street, between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue. It is on the 4th floor in a very quiet building located on a quiet street, less than a block away from Central Park and surrounded by high-end retail stores and restaurants. Very close to Subways: B, C, 1, 2, 3 and Buses: Crosstown M72, M57 & M66, M5, M7 and M10.

I need to move so you will be rooming with my good friend who has the other bedroom and subleasing my half of the apartment. You will of course have access to the whole apartment which includes a very large living room, spacious kitchen and large full bathroom. You will be splitting electricity and cable/wifi utilities with her.

My friend/roommate: female, responsible, even tempered, active, very easy-going, employed professional who is neat and clean, plus super nice and friendly. (We?ve been friends for over 12 years for a reason)

She would like to room with a female who is a professional or student, is friendly and likes to keep areas clean and livable.

99% of the furniture in the living room is mine and up for sale along with my bedroom furniture (minus the mattresses). Everything is very reasonably priced.
