My roomates are leaving and I would hate to lose this apartment. It is a 2 br converted to 3, with *two full bathrooms*. Every room has a large closet. There is also a large living room with lots of space. The building has gym, movie theater, laundry room, and a beautiful rooftop. Two steps away from the Riverside Park and the 96th 1/2/3 subway station. Heat and gas are included but electricity and internet/cable are not, but it fluctuates between $50-$100/month. No pets though.
The rent is $1500/month. It is available on August 1st. Guarantors will be necessary for the lease (1 year).
I'm a 30 y. o. male PhD student, and preferably you'd be in the same age range, either a graduate student or young professional.
