2 Months Room To Female Only. Move In November 1

FIRST ALL: I have a family's emergency and for this reason I won't be I'm my apartment during 2 months. That is the reason why I am renting my own room, and it will be available for you (female) only for this period. If you are looking for long term, I will have another room available in my apartment, starting on February 1, if you are interested!

This is a private bedroom in a private apartment. You will be sharing the bathroom (Exceptionally clean for a regular basis housekeeper) and also, will have an use of the kitchen.?
This bedroom is perfect for students that require a room to sleep and/or study only, and are in turn appreciative and respectful of a place that guarantees peace, tranquility and cleanliness.?
In the past, I had girls here mostly from: Japan, India, Mexico, Colombia, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.
Location: 85th Street, between Broadway and Amsterdam, Upper West Side.?
The subway station 86th Street (Train number 1) is around the corner as a well the Bus line M104.
Very convenient location if you are going to study at Mannes College of Music (it is at the same street! Just few steps away), Juilliard School and Fordam University (3 train stops away) or Columbia University (4 stops away).

- 6 levels (The apartment is on the first level of the building)

- No Doorman (But the area is completely safe! The NYPD including has two cameras in front our building!)

- THE WHOLE PLACE IS IMPECCABLE CLEAN! (No cockroaches or rats), and the?building itself is very quiet.

THE ROOM:
- This room is the second biggest room of the apartment, furnished with a queen size bed, big dresser, chair, closet and 2 big windows. It is also provided whit a conforter set, sheets set, pillows and towels. The only thing that you need to bring in is your luggage with your personal belongs!?

Resident # 2: Female, Straight, middle 20's, Russian, Political Science Student, doing an internship in NY.

WHAT TYPE OF PERSON THE OWNER IS LOOKING FOR:?

- FEMALE, clean, quiet, COMPLETELY DRUGS/SMOKE FREE, considerate and respectful with others; Preferencialy Student (undergraduate student, graduated student, international student, English Student, Post Doc, any kind of student)

NO STRANGERS INSIDE THE APARTMENT OR OVERNIGHT GUESTS ARE PERMITED!

This is a rent of one room to one person. The Owner will allow occasional guests a few times a year (Exceptions will only be made for members of the family that lives in different state or country and come for eventual visits).,

BUT THOSE WITH BOYFRIENDS THAT STAY OVERNIGHT ON REGULAR BASIS NEED NOT TO ENQUIRE.
