I am looking to move from my one bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side, and need someone to take over my lease until the end of June (with option to renew at that time). Great location close to the 6 train and about a 10 minute walk from the 4/5 which makes for an easy commute downtown. Also in close proximity to several gyms, grocery stores (Whole Foods, Fairway). The building is extremely nice, with a doorman, elevator, option for gym and parking, perfect for young professionals.

This apartment is available December 1st with definite room for flexibility. I have absolutely loved living here but I am choosing to move in with a friend after my previous roommate moved to a different state for work.
