About the apartment: $1300/month, heat and hot water included. Electricity/Cable/Internet ranges to about $50-$100. First month and security deposit due at lease sign. 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and one adorable kitchen. Wonderful and safe neighborhood (lots of bars, amazing restaurants, great people). A Whole Foods is literally right across the street, and you can walk to the Met in a matter of minutes. The bedroom can fit either a full size bed or a twin, a side table and a dresser.

About Me: You'd be living with with an awesome, laid back female in her early 20s who has a pretty great job in the Film/TV world. Loves video games, baking/cooking, and reality TV. Extra points if you share my enthusiasm for Disney and Broadway Shows.

About you: Some one who is neat, low-key and available to move in November 1st and can commit to a 1 year lease. Females only, and no couples and pets.
