Room in furnished Apartment in UES!
I'm looking for a roommate to take the second room in my apartment in the UES as my current roommate is moving back home.
The apartment is cosey and furnished. My roommate is selling her bedroom furniture in the room if required. So this place is ideal for someone new to the area or with no furniture.
The place is a legit 2 bedroom by 91st street. The 86th street subway stop is a short walk. I love the area- you have Central Park, museums, bars, restaurants and shops all close by.
Rent is $1450 plus gas/ electricity and internet so looking around $1,500 altogether. You will be taking over the lease from my roommate. The room is available from the 17th December, although January start date is fine.
About me- British girl in her late 20's. Been here for 2 years. Work in advertising. I loved my roommate so hoping we can mesh well too! No pets please.
Let me know if you're interested in seeing the place or if you need more info.
Thanks!
