Looking for roommate for great UES apartment

I am looking for a roommate for the second bedroom in my true 2 bedroom UES apartment. The lease would be for a year with the option of ending the lease earlier without any penalty.
About the apartment: 3rd floor walk-up in the UES. The apartment is fully furnished aside from the bedroom. Kitchen is equipped for cooking and baking including a kitchen-aid and slow-cooker. Rent is $1500 a month with approximately another $100 a month in utilities (electric, cable, internet). There is no broker fee just a small fee for background check. The extra bedroom fits a double bed and small dresser. There is a closet in the bedroom.

About me: I am a young professional in my early thirties. I work in medicine and work 3 days a week which at times includes weekends. I appreciate a comfortable low key space at home, and primarily socialize outside of the apartment. Im clean but not obsessively so. Im pretty easy going and laid back.

About you: preferably female, non-smoker, someone who is respectful of my long hours and early mornings.
