UES sublet in a huge 2br for August and September
I've moved out of my room in the UES and I'm looking for a replacement to cover August and September. You have the option to renew the lease if you want. It's a 2br on the second floor, around 90th and 1st. The block is awesome and has a laundromat, grocery store, bodega and Starbucks within a 1 min walk. There are lots of good bars and restaurants super close. If you're interested, just ask and I'll update you with all of my favorite spots. It's about 10 minutes from the 86th 456 train and 4 blocks from the m86 cross town. Rent will be $1300 + utilities. Utilities are usually around 50-75 dollars.
The apartment has a fully furnished living room and kitchen. Your room will be unfurnished. I had a queen sized bed, dresser, wardrobe rack and night stand in there and there was room for more stuff too. An AC can be included in the room if you'd like, it's hot this summer!
We'll be showing the apartment on this Saturday (8/2) between 3 and 5pm. Females preferred.
