Queen-sized bedroom in UES

Hi!

Isn't apartment hunting in the city the absolute worst? We know your pain. We spent three grueling months until we discovered the beautiful triplex that we now call home and, hey! Maybe it could be a place that you call home too.

The two of us have lived here for three years and have made it a cozy place with arguably the best couch in all of the UES and a HUGE balcony, complete with grill and patio furniture. The bedrooms are spread among the bottom and top floors and there are two bathrooms to avoid early-morning collisions.

We would ideally like our new roommate to be a professional who enjoys watching 30 for 30 (complete with side commentary from us), is a believer of the healing properties of a good scotch, and understands that the 1st of the month means that rent is due, so plan your finances accordingly.

One of us is from Houston and is still working on getting over the loss of Chandler Parsons... the other is celebrating the addition of said player to her team, the Dallas Mavericks. Football season is our favorite season, and basketball season means we rarely speak to each other (due to conflicting allegiances). We are pretty sure other sports don't exist (except for every four years when the World Cup comes around).

Doesn't this sound like the best living environment? We think so!
