Roommate Wanted in a 3bd Apt in Stuyvesant Town

Ad ref# 100040293

we're looking for our 3rd roommate that can move into Stuyvesant Town with us ideally Aug 1st.. preferably 1 year commitment..
it will be a 3-bedroom-apartment (brand new/ modern), and the rent would be $1500 for the large room. The room is really spacious, and there's a decent size living room, shared bathroom and kitchen. The neighborhood is nice and super convenient for everything..
About Us: I'm a professional male in my mid-20s. I went to Indiana University for my college education, and I moved to NYC right after my graduation in 2010. I'm currently running a small payment processing company in Chelsea area. Outside of my work, I usually go to dance/music events. I'm pretty easy-going, laid back yet responsible and committed to what I do. I'm fairly organized, and like to keep the apartment clean.
The other roommate is in her early-20s. She went to college in California, and recently moved to NYC. She works at Columbia's Medical Center. She has a pretty standard work schedule. She is also a relaxed, and fun person to be roommate with.
if you're interested, pls inbox me with your information such as age, work/school, something abt yourself as well as your contact info..
