The room is well-sized and private with one large closet that has storage space above. A generous window looks out onto stained glass windows of church eaves and morning light pours in. Double bed, dresser and a small table or chair all fit comfortably in the room. Room can be furnished if necessary.

The apartment, 3 BR, is on the 5th floor of a spacious, well-maintained, pre-war building. We are centrally located, within walking distance of nearly all subways, on a charming street lined with cafes, shops and restaurants. Dairy, bakery, butcher are all on the same street. A vintage clothing street fair operates around the corner on weekends.

You would share the apartment with two gals (early 30s) and one sweet cat. One works with fine cheese as a menu consultant and the other is an architect / designer. We do not have a television. Multi-lingual, we have interests and commitments that often keep us away from the apartment. More than anything it is a quiet haven away from our busy lives. We are looking for someone mature, independent, responsible, clean and relaxed. Foreigners welcome!

Month to month sublease, but preference for long-term. First, last, security to move in; utilities run approximately $75 / month per person. No additional pets. No smoking in the apartment.
