1 room in great 2 bedroom Murray Hill apt

Hi!
I'm looking for a roommate for September 1st to move into one room in my 2bed, 1bath apt. My current roomie is moving for work, leaving his bedroom open. I've been here for a year, love the apartment and don't want to give up the great price, space, and location :)

I'm interviewing roomies all weekend/next week. Ideally want someone to join the lease.

-2 bed 1 bath
-Bedroom has two windows and a closet
-Room fits queen bed and dresser
-Top floor unit, no one above! :)
-Living area Kitchen with Sky Light
-Good sized, clean bathroom & shower
-Roof access
-Walk up building

11 month - 1 year lease
$1400/month for rent + one month security deposit ($1400) due at signing.

Con-Ed ranges depending on the month from $20-75(summer months) each, and internet is $32 each

The Location is 35th and Lexington. on a quiet street close to the 6 train on 33rd or a short walk to Grand Central Station At 42nd. Close to lots of Bars, Restaurants and Gyms (Crunch, NYSC, Equinox, Blink). And a Trader joe's is opening 4 blocks away at the end of summer!
