Murray Hill Apartment

Hi! My name is Rachel. I am 27 year old Penn grad who is looking for 1 new financially secure female roommates with the ability to commit to a 1 year lease. The lease renews on August 1st . Please be able to apply without a guarantors as they are not generally required and the deposit is 3 months rent. I am generally pretty quiet, clean and all around easy to get along with. I am a professional working in Flatiron usually from 9-6 and go out for work 2x a week and the weekends. I have a pet Betta fish named Seaweed and occasionally dog sit.

Second roommate is Christine, who is a 27 year old Auburn grad, who is also a young professionally in the city with similar habits described above.

The apartment is located on the corner of 33rd and 3rd, close to the 6 subway stop, crosstown and uptown bus stops located less than a block away. The area has tons of shops and restaurants, with even a Trader Joe's.

The building is 24hr doorman with in building laundry and dry cleaning. There is also a gym for an small yearly additional cost.

The apartment is very large with a furnished living room, dining space and fully renovated kitchen with dishwasher. There is central AC and heating. The unit has a north facing balcony with views of the Empire State building and Chrysler tower.

The room is unfurnished but there may be the opportunity to purchase the existing furniture. The room is extremely large and could easily fit king size bed. 2017-2018 rental rate is $1715 and is the size of the living room and my bedroom. The room has considerable closet space as well and tons of light. Utilities generally run about $100 per month. We split the cable, internet, gas and communal items like toilet paper and cleaning materials.
