$2250 Master Bedroom for Rent (Dog Friendly)
We have a large three bedroom apartment and are looking for a third roommate to fill the master bedroom, which includes a closet and its own bathroom. The apartment was renovated before we moved in about 12 months ago, so the kitchen, bathroom, and fixtures are updated and in great condition. Move in date September 1st. Photos of the apartment and room attached.
My roommate and I are males in our mid/late 20's. I work as a lawyer and he works in media consulting.
We are currently looking to adopt dogs, so any roommate needs to be OK with dogs and with assuming some care responsibilities for them (e. g., take care of them when we are on vacation, walk them if you are home and they seem like they need to go out, etc.).
We would also be OK with a roommate who already has dogs, although our apartment does have some breed restrictions. We would likewise be willing to help with dogs if you already have them.
