Room in Large Two Bedroom - Midtown East 6/1
My current roommate is moving out to live with her boyfriend and I love this apartment so much that I am hoping to stay here. I have her room available for rent for a one year lease starting June 1st. Rent is $1, 700 a month plus utilities. It is a first floor walkup above a cute store on 59th street. The area is very very convenient and close to the park (my favorite part as the weather warms up!). There are all the essentials a block away (home depot, container store, dry cleaning, bed bath beyond, whole foods, bloomingdales, great restaurants) and the 4/5/6/N/Q/R subway a block away on Lexington. This is a true two bedroom with lots of light and a shared common space, mid sized kitchen and a bathroom. If you are interested, please let me know and we can discuss meeting and showing the apartment.
About the current roommate: I am a female in my mid twenties and finance professional who likes to run in central park and enjoy a good glass of wine. I am quiet, respectful, and like a clean space to come home to from work. Let me know if you have any questions for me!
