We have a room opening up in our 3 bedroom (2 BR/1 flex) apartment starting mid Dec - Jan 1. This bedroom is one of the true BRs, street facing, has a window/AC, small closet and is large enough for a full bed, night stand, and a small dresser. A full bed/small desk can be bought/provided, if needed.

The building is a 2 floor walk up (1 of 2 units). The apartment is spacious, clean, has a large common area and a small roof area accessible from the living room. It has 10' ceilings and hardwood floors. There is one shared bathroom and normal sized kitchen. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
The apartment is centrally located at 49th St. between 6th & 7th. It is within a block of the 1, N, Q, R, B, D, F, M, C, E. Easy to get to anywhere in Manhattan and ideal for someone that works in Midtown. Rent is $1260, when moving in 1st months rent would be due and security deposit (two month's rent + application and background check fee). Utilities (cable, internet, electric) can run about $60 to $110 each depending on the season.

You would be living with two males in their early 30s working in the finance industry that do typical NYC things (chill, get drinks, outdoor activities, etc.). We don't have many pre-determined rules about the place, but we like to keep the place clean and low-key. We're looking for a roommate who is considerate and a good communicator.
