Bedroom Available in Midtown West - 10/1

The background/basics:

My roommate is moving out and I am looking for a new roommate to join me. The apartment is conveniently located near Penn Station and many other transportation option as well as Chelsea and Hells Kitchen. The new lease starts October 1st, but apt can be made available slightly earlier if needed.

The living space/Apt:
Open floor plan apartment with a newly renovated kitchen (including dishwasher), large bathroom, and lots of natural lighting. Building includes laundry and a doorman.

Your room:
You'll be living in the flex bedroom which has a bookshelf wall and a window AC unit.

The rent and term:
The rent is $1575 a month not including utilities (~$50/month)
Strong preference is 1 year commitment, but may be amenable to shorter term commitment

A bit about me:
I am a mid 27 year old male who works in corporate strategy. I am a Bay area native who aims to combine hard work and a natural curiosity with an ample amount of fun.
