Nice Room in a Great Building in Hell's Kitchen

My name is Bill and here's my story:

Fantastic Terrace to enjoy all Summer long (and the rest of the year as well).

Some pictures are of the view from the Terrace. (But you really need you really need to see it for yourself).

I am very chill and laid back and would like to find a room-mate who is of similar mind.

I am a mid 50's Gay Man and I am open to share with any really nice person.
I work in the Entertainment Industry and I get a lot of invites (Film, Theatre (Broadway Openings) and Concerts) so if that is something you are interested in - this could be a great place to live.

I am pretty neat and clean but not in excess.

Let me tell you a little about the apartment.

So......Where do we start ?

It's a great building and very well I have lived here for well over 20 years. GREAT Location - Close to everything - 2 blocks from Columbus Circle and Central Park, Columbus Circle Mall, MANY subways and the building is kept clean and the staff here is excellent. 24 hour Doorman and a great laundry. The Laundry was just renovated and you don't need quarters. (Ever) You can get a laundry card or you can use a Credit/Debit card for the washers, dryers & soap and fabric softener and all brand NEW Washers & Dryers ! We are close to ANY kind of shopping and/or Restaurants.

There is also a just opened shopping mall in the subway at 57th and 8th Avenue. Great shops of all kinds. They have many kinds of food (pizza, vegetarian, a candy store, art shop, flowers, liquor store, Hats (Men's & Women's) and new stores are on the way. It's pretty fantastic.

The bedroom is furnished but you can keep anything that's there or toss it. It's a good size and there is also a private Terrace that is bigger than the apartment. For real....Pictures below... The Terrace is really the highlight of the tour.

One entire wall is all windows in the bedroom .

The rent is $1650 a month. (Half the Rent) and I cover the Utilities...Cable, Internet, Con Ed etc...

Also we live under the rule of Roza. She is the sweetest and smartest Dog I have ever
had. (And I have had a lot)....So you MUST be OK with Dogs. Pictures below also.

The room is furnished but doesn't have to stay that way. The room has a bed, a really nice mattress, desk, chair, night stand and a wardrobe - Any of it can stay or go but if you needed to move soon you wouldn't need a lot to start. There are a few photos but the quality isn't great. We are getting a new dishwasher and. The building staff and Super are great - We have a 24 hr. Doorman and they take very good care of the building.

I am 4:20 Friendly and very chill. Home is our retreat and sanctuary.

YOU CAN MOVE IN TOMORROW !

I would prefer a roommate who is looking for a cozy and relaxing place. I am not really interested in a Short Term situation.

I am NOT looking for an "B & B" arrangement.

I am so ready to shop for some new plants for the terrace. (Maybe a Gazebo ?)
