We are a young marriage couple, 28 years old, we'd like to share our apartment with professional, kind, tidy, and of course funny people. The apartment has got 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a new kitchen (with microwave, oven, very big fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and everything you need) The apartment is just so close to Central Park (only 10 minutes walking) and Times Square (10 minutes walking too), is in 53rd st with 8 avenue, very good location. We have a 24 hours supermarket in the same building, so many places like restaurants, cafes, shops, etc... C, E, B, D, 1, N, Q, R lines just 4 minutes walking. Application: 3 months at front, no short term, minimum 6 months.
