I recently signed a lease for a gorgeous 1 bedroom (2 bedroom flex) and I am looking for someone to take the flex room.
The building has a 24hr doorman and laundry. Close to Columbus circle, 5 blocks from Central Park and near tons of grocery stores and restaurants.
I am looking for someone that is open to splitting the cost of putting a flex wall up. Also someone who is going to split the cost of the brokers fee which in whole was $4, 356 (so their part would be $2, 178) I understand if this cannot be paid upfront so I am willing to do a monthly plan
I do have a small (about 30lb) dog. She is very sweet and quiet and does not shed a ton.
