22 year old female professional in Hell's Kitchen!

I am a 22-year-old recent graduate from Boston University currently working at an investment firm in Jersey City and hoping to move into NYC to shorten my commute! My roommate and best friend from college has been living in a gorgeous 2-bedroom apartment in Hells Kitchen (right next to Fordham Law School) since last June. She and her roommate are moving out to find their own places and need two people to take over the lease starting on May 1st, 2015!

I have absolutely loved my friend's place since I first visited her and of course put myself forward as someone to take her room- but I need a female roommate. The apartment is on the fourth floor in a building with an elevator, a 24/7 doorman and security camera, and has a great sized living room, clean bathroom (something I'm very picky about) a kitchen with a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances, and two well-sized single bedrooms with nice closet-space in each. The laundromat is conveniently located right across the street.

The rent is $3050 overall, which would be split evenly as $1525 each. Utilities is $50 (not included in rent) and if you want cable, another $50, although I could live with or without.

As for me, I'm a very laid-back and friendly, outgoing person, with no particular dealbreakers except general cleanliness (don't leave your dishes in the sink for a week and we'll be fine!) I'll be out of the apt. during the work week from early morning to late evening. On the weekends, I'm always up for a few glasses of wine and Netflix marathon, or going out; it really depends on my mood that night. I love zumba and hip-hop, volunteering opportunities, exploring the city, going out to eat, and going to museums/galleries.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly and fun but responsible enough to keep our living environment clean and safe. Someone who is success-oriented would be a plus.
