Looking for a roommate

Hello,

I'm a 25yr old female software developer working for an investment bank in downtown NYC. I'm currently looking for a roommate for a midtown west apt, starting Oct 1st (can be flexible with the dates). I haven't signed the lease yet so you have the option to be on the lease if you'd like to.

The apartment is at a very convenient place ( 45th st and 8ave avenue), hence I'd really like to get a roommate ASAP so I do not lose it. A/C/E trains are less than 2mins away (the platform stretches to 44th st) and 1/2/3/7/N/Q/R/Shuttle to Grand Central are just one block farther (7th ave).

The apt is a very big 1br (that can be easily converted into 2br) with a brand new shared bathroom. The converted room will be big enough to COMFORTABLY FIT A QUEEN SIZE BED, A DRESSER AND A WORK DESK. I'm I'm looking for a roommate for the flex room and rent will be $1500/month.

A little about me:
On average I work 9am-6: 30pm Monday through Friday. I?m very clean and organized. I consider myself outgoing and I?m very open to catching a drink after work somewhere or at home. I watch sports and occasionally go out to watch live games/matches. I like travelling and trying out new things. If you like TV, I wouldn?t mind watching an episode with you (I?m currently wrapping up Breaking Bad). I?m also a wine lover so if you drink wine, the apt will rarely be dry :)
