This listing is for a private bedroom (with a full door - not a bookcase wall or anything like that) on the 31st floor of a luxury building in Midtown Manhattan. Full access to the living room and kitchen, and your own bedroom. Looking for a similarly-aged student or professional who is reliable with paying rent and not super high-maintenance.

ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF RENT. That includes electricity, water, verizon fios internet and cable, gas, everything. The $1, 800 rent is a flat rate for the month and you're all paid up. Nothing more, nothing less.

THE ROOM:
A full wall of windows that give a view of the Manhattan skyline (and on the 31st floor, you can see everything) and outstanding natural light during the day. NO FLEX, NO BOOKCASE WALL, FULL PRIVATE DOOR. The room has two full double-door closets and can easily fit a full or queen size bed, dresser, couch, TV, and dresser. Room is cable-ready and has multiple 3-prong outlets throughout. Has great internet speed and full access to the apartment's high speed wifi. The room has its own PERSONAL THERMOSTAT and allows you to set the air conditioning/heat to your own preference, between 55 and 80 degrees.

THE APARTMENT:
Full access to kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, and filtered water spout. All appliances are ENERGY STAR appliances, maple cabinets, Italian tile flooring, and Zodiac hygienic counter surfaces. Bathroom has full shower/tub, multiple towel racks, toilet, sink, hotel-size mirror, and oversized cabinet. Door has two locks: one on the doorknob itself, as well as a deadbolt. Also has a sliding door hold and an outward-facing vision hole.

Roommate is a 24 year old professional working in financial services. Very laid back and friendly. Keeps to his own but is more than open to being friends and hanging out. Very clean and low maintenance with regular sleeping hours, no loud music, or any of the other bothers that roommates can sometimes afford. Overall, very easy and agreeable to live with.

LOCATION:
In one word, it's ideal:
- The M57 and M31 bus stop is literally right outside the apartment which takes you crosstown to all of Midtown
- The free shuttle in the morning takes you to Columbus Circle, which has subways 1, 2, A, B, C, D
- Plenty of bars and restaurants around the area, and any part of Manhattan is just a quick subway ride away
- 3 blocks away from Central park
- Waterfront view of the Hudson River
- 3 blocks away from Columbus Circle shopping (including Whole Foods), Carnegie Hall, and endless other entertainment venues that are true staples of NYC
