My roommate and I have a two-bedroom apartment in Hell's Kitchen and need a third roommate to make it official! The area is great with tons of restaurants. You will be sharing a single room at about $800/mo. You must be willing to pay a third of the broker/landlord security fees up front (about $5000), and must also be willing to have your name on the lease. We are looking to move in ASAP! We are both recent college grads looking to make it in the big city; we are easy going - laid back and respectful of personal space. We like to have fun but also work.
